More pros & cons~~

Pros~ Selections of chinese bowls that are cooked on the hot wok for you include chicken, pork, beef, numerous fresh veggies, pasta & at least 8 different sauces.

The price of dinner also includes a salad bar and a hot buffett with items such as sesame chicken, hotwings, panko breaded fish, etc

Cons~~ One would think with a business that has thrived in the same location for so long and which has stayed consistently busy, would invest at least some money back into the business. Some of the booths are ready for an upholstery job and the interior could use some fresh paint and a little sprucing up.

Foodwise- While the hot bowls of ingredients you select are great, the buffett is only at its best if the staff have the time to rotate out the dishes before they suffer heat lamp dryness. That problem comes with the territory of any buffett style restaurant anywhere and simply goes with the territory.

Twin Dragon needs to add fresh cilantro aka chinese parsley) to its cold veggie bar for adding to the hot bowls or other hot dishes. The asian flavors are just screaming for it! Hopefully since so many have suggested this, they'll add some fresh cilantro SOON ~ :-)

This is where I fell in love with mongolian BBQ. This is a must visit if you are in the anchorage area. They also feature an all you can eat buffet to complement their signature BBQ if you desire.

This is by FAR the best chinese buffet in Anchorage! I don't live in Anchorage, but I live in Alaska and whenever our family travels to Anchorage, we eat there inevitably!!! They are kid friendly and watching the cooks at work is phenomenal for the little ones to see! I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant, the food is always fresh, and the buffet is always full and the price is really great for the quantity and quality!

they'll pick you up at any Anchorage hotel and take you back after dinner, that's a pretty good deal for $16.95, meal plus entertainment. A fun and delicious place is go to Moose's Tooth for Pizza. Not real cheap but a good value for a group. They have their own brew too! . Most of the Chinese places have buffets but I think they're yucky, if I have Chinese I like to order a meal that's fresh prepared.

If you get a bad plate at the Twin Dragon, you have but yourself to blame. This establishment has a mongolian style barbeque, that means YOU the customer select from all the various foods and sauces then it's cooked in front of you. This is all you can eat. They also offer a Chinese buffet. For the price of $12.95 at night and $9.95 for lunch this is seriously hard to beat!
